TRY ALTERNATING YOUR WORKOUTS FOR FASTER RESULTS

For each body part I workout, I would alternate my exercises to shock my muscles and get the best results from my workout. What do I mean by alternating my workouts? One way to alternate your workout for each body part would be to have a heavy week and a light week. The first week I would lift as heavy as I could with whatever body part I am working out. I would lift heavy enough to where I would only get 5 to 6 reps out of the set. I would then finish the set with much lighter weight to get a total of ten reps. I would do 3 sets to finish my workout. On my light week, I would use much lighter weight, but with higher reps. I would do 12 to 15 reps, pumping out 4 sets. I would also rest for only 30 seconds between sets for my light week. On my heavy week I would rest for 1 minute. There are many ways to alternate your workout. It will ensure that continual progress from your workouts, as well as weightloss.

DO DIETS WORK?

We all have been on countless diets from time to time, and have eventually crashed on them. We find ourselves frustrated and tired of the yo-yo effect, and we ask ourselves, "do diets really work?" Yes and no is the answer to that question and I will tell you why. I will split up the two sections to make it easier.

Yes, diets don't work.

Have you ever tried to restricted yourself from your favorite foods, only to become grumpy and agitated? We all end up convincing ourselves to come off the diet to enjoy our favorite foods once more. Our mood starts to change from bad to good as we indulge in what our hearts desire. We then gain the weight back we worked so hard to lose. Does this sound like you. Well don't despair. Its actually good for you to not restrict yourself. You may say, "that's the reason why I'm overweight in the first place." Its not what you eat, its how you eat it and what time you eat that makes the difference. Are you curious? Well scroll down and read the next section.

Yes, diets do work.

First, try rewarding yourself for your hard work. Remember, rewards work. Everyone gets paid after a hard week of work. So your weight loss goal shouldn't be any different. Pick two days to reward yourself out of the week. Make sure to reward yourself in the middle of the day. Late night eating is a bad ideal for anyone. If you have to eat late at night, try buying a low calorie, low fat treat, and wait an hour before going to bed. If you cheat that's ok. Reserve your cheat nights for when you have the cravings. Do not eat huge meals. Eating huge meals will make you gain all the weight back and leave you feeling hungry later. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. Eat 30grams of protein and 30grams of carbs early in the day to give you fuel, and less carbs as the day gets later. For women, it is best to eat 20-25grams of protein.

Make sure to eat no more than 30-40grams of fat per day, with most of the fat being early in the day. Stick to this formula and exercise three times a week for at least 30-45 minutes and watch the pounds fall off. Remember, exercise will help you lose the weight, but how you eat will help you keep it off.

DO CREATINE WORK?

I have been using creatine for about a month now, and I have noticed the difference in my strength and muscle gains. I just don't recommend using it over a long period of time because it is not good for the liver. You want to cycle on and off of the the creatine. Take it for 8 weeks and then take a 8 week break from it. I am currently doing reps with 255lbs. My max is 300lbs. I weight 200lbs. last time I checked. My goal is to use 300lbs. for reps by winter time. I'm slowly getting close to my goal. I believe that creatine has helped me alot in this regard. To keep the strength I gained after creatine, I always make sure I eat quality protein to pack on quality muscle.

How to burn more fat in less time

the trick to burning more fat in less time is confusing to alot of people. i try different ways to increase my fat burning level without doing an hour of cadio everyday. what found was that incorporating weightlifting after a 20 to 30 minute cardio session increases your fat burning ability more than just doing cardio alone.

Hello everyone

I wanted to talk about diet today. Alot of people don't realize how important protein is

to your body and creating tone muscle. You can workout all day, but if you don't eat right, your

body won't reach it's full potential. The amount of protein you take in a day is determined by

your body size. Even if you are just a runner, it is important to take in the right amount of

protein to help with recovery and strength. I take in 250 to 300grams of protein a day

currently. Bodybuilders take in alot of protein to build as much muscle as possible. A woman

would of course take in less protein. I will post pictures soon of my progress.

Please feel free once again to leave comments or ask questions.
